DMW e-Registration
The DMW E-Registration Platform, previously known as BM Online, streamlines and simplifies the registration process for OFWs, allowing them to access their records and obtain and OEC (Overseas Employment Certificate) or exit clearance without the need to queue in the nearest DMW office in the Philippines.
The Migrant Workers Office (MWO) assists OFWs in retrieving and registering accounts and guiding OFWs on how to obtain their OEC through online exemption.
HOW TO CREATE A NEW DMW E-REGISTRATION ACCOUNT?
Reminder: Every OFW is only allowed ONE (1) account. If you are not sure whether you have an account or not, visit MWO for further assistance. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT UNTIL YOU ARE SURE YOU DO NOT HAVE AN EXISTING ONE.
Step 1: Visit the website. You can do this in two methods.
Method 1:
Go to dmw.gov.ph
Click ONLINE SERVICES .
Click E-Registration .
Method 2:
Go directly to this link: onlineservices.dmw.gov.ph
Step 2: Click Let's Go!
Step 3: Click on Register
Step 4: Click
I Accept the Terms of Use
Step 5: Enter your details that appear on your passport.
Ensure all your details are correct and matches your passport details. If you face any issues, you may visit MWO for further assistance.
Step 6: Click Register
After filling out your details, click on Register .
Step 7: Click Yes .
Review your details and ensure all information is correct before clicking "Yes".
Step 8: Check your email for your temporary password.
After confirmation, the account creation is a success. You will receive your temporary password on the email address you provided, so it is important to make sure you provide an active email. Check your Inbox or your Spam folder for the temporary password to set your new password.
Step 9: Create your new password.
Upon copying your temporary password, return to the e-Registration login screen and input your email, then click Next and type down the temporary password. A window will pop-up after clicking "Login" and you can now input your unique new password. Make sure to save your password to not forget it.
If you forgot your password or your email address is no longer active, please visit MWO to request for a change of email address or to retrieve your account.
HOW TO GET YOUR OEC ONLINE?
Step-by-Step Guide for OFWs
REMINDER: OEC IS VALID FOR 60 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF ISSUANCE
Step 1: Visit the website. You can do this in two methods.
Method 1:
Go to dmw.gov.ph
Click ONLINE SERVICES .
Click E-Registration .
Method 2:
Go directly to this link: onlineservices.dmw.gov.ph
Step 2: Click Let's Go!
Once you arrived to the site, do the following:
Step 1: Login to your account.
Login to your e-Registration account and as soon as you reach your dashboard, click "CLOSE" on the Pag-Ibig Corner.
Step 2: Click "Balik Manggagawa".
Click on "Balik Manggagawa" on the right side of the site, under the "Related Links" column.
Step 3: Provide Details.
Enter your flight schedule and provide necessary data, then click NEXT.
Step 4: Review and Confirm.
Review your contract details and accomplish the confirmation question.
Step 5: Print OEC.
Upon confirmation, you will now see the Print OEC button on the top area. Click on that button and open the file to print your OEC.

Step 1. Pumunta sa website at i-click ang “Let’s Go!” sa tapat ng E-Registration.

Step 2. Mag log-in gamit ang e-mail address at password na ginamit noong nag register sa E-REGISTRATION.
Step 3. I-click ang “MY PROFILE” upang mag update ng Passport Number, Pag-Ibig Number, Beneficiary, etc. at pagkatapos ay –iclick ang Dashboard.
Step 4. I-click ang “BALIK MANGGAGAWA” at ang “NEXT”.
Step 5. Ilagay ang Flight Schedule.
Step 6. Sagutin ang mga tanong ng “YES” or “NO”.
Step 7. Punan ang mga karagdagang impormasyon at pag-katapos ay i-click ang “SUBMIT”.
Step 8. Kung “YES” ang mga sagot, i-click ang “PRINT OEC”. Kung “NO”, pumili ng lugar at oras para sa inyong appointment sa DMW.
