Requirements
Household Workers (HSWs), such as domestic workers, household waiters, family drivers, etc., who are going on a vacation to the Philippines and returning to the same employer are considered Balik Manggagawas (BMs). You are required to present a verified contract at the airport when returning to Saudi Arabia, hence why, you must verify your contract at the Migrant Workers Office.
List of Requirements:
1. Employment Contract, signed by both the employer and the OFW
2. Copy of Valid Passport
3. Copy of Valid Iqama
4. Copy of Employer's National ID
5. Copy of Exit Re-Entry Visa
6. Copy of Ticket (preferably round-trip)

Skilled or Company Workers, which are OFWs with Iqama/Resident IDs under a corporation or an establishment, who are going on a vacation to the Philippines and returning to the same employer are considered Balik Manggagawas (BMs). Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) can renew their OWWA memberships through the mobile application or by visiting the nearest OWWA/MWO sites. The OWWA membership is valid for two (2) years, regardless of the contract duration, change of employer, jobsite, or recruitment agency, and shall be renewed if there is proof of employment.

The DMW E-Registration platform is previously called BM Online where returning OFWs can access their records and obtain an OEC or exit clearance without the need to queue in the nearest DMW office. This can be accessed through this link: onlineservices.dmw.gov.ph. Should you face any issues with retrieving your accounts or the registration process, you may visit MWO for assistance.
This service is ONLY for vacationing workers. Assistance for online exemption is only for vacationing workers who are returning in less than 60 days.

List of Requirements for Verification:

1. Request Letter, addressed to Officer-in-Charge Antonio M. Mutuc, Jr. to approve the verification of documents.
2. Demand Letter / Job Order / Manpower Request, indicating the actual position, the position as per visa category, gender, number of workers, basic monthly salary in SAR, and the basic terms and conditions in accordance with Saudi and Philippine Labor Laws.
3. Visa, with details indicating the visa position in English text, number of persons, unified number, and company name - information accessible in QIWA or ENJAZ.
4. Special Power of Attorney, issued by the Employer to the Licensed Philippine Recruitment Agency.
5. Recruitment Agreement, between the employer and the Philippine Recruitment Agency and must be fully signed and stamped by the Employer or Manager on all pages.
6. Master Employment Contract, stipulates the minimum provisions of employment contracts of land-based workers, must be bilingual (Arabic and English) and fully signed by the Employer or Manager and stamped on all pages.

9. Commercial Registration (CR) of the company and submit a valid certificate in Arabic and official English translation with the name of the company in the CR certificate to be consistent in all documents.
10. Commercial Activity License or Business License, in Arabic and official English translation with the company name exactly as stated in the CR.
11. Copy of the ID of the Employer, with English text.
12. DMW License of the Philippine License
13. Location or Sketch of the Company and Photo of Worksite or Office (Indoors and Outdoors)
14. Location or Sketch of the Company and Photo of Bedroom, Kitchen, and Toilet.
15. List of Current Filipino Workers, if any and their corresponding IQAMA and mobile numbers in the official letter.
16. Copy of Insurance of the Vehicles, when hiring for drivers.

For Existing Client/s:
1. Service Agreement between the Employer and Client.
2. Valid Commercial Registration Certificate, translated to English.
3. Manpower request from the client addressed to the Employer.

OFWs who are going for a final exit must visit the MWO for final settlement and calculation of their End-of-Service Benefits (ESB) for both HSWs and Skilled Workers.
